Here Is My Silver Trade

Bookmark and Share

Silver Futures--- Silver futures in the December contract are trading slightly higher for the 2nd consecutive session up $0.15 at 17.10 an ounce reversing sharp losses that we witnessed in Mondays trade as I have been recommending a bullish position from around the 17.30 area and if you took the trade continue to place the stop loss under the 2 week low at 16.78 as the chart structure is excellent at the present time.

Silver prices are still trading above their 20 and 100 day moving average as the trend is higher as the U.S dollar is down about 40 points this Wednesday afternoon helping support the precious metals which I'm recommending bullish positions in gold and platinum as well.

For the bullish momentum to continue in silver as we have to break the November 17th high of 17.38 & if that is broken I think we will retest the October 16th high of 17.49 as I still remain bullish as I think historically speaking prices look cheap in my opinion.

The commodity markets are starting to show some signs of life to the upside and if you have read any of my previous blogs you understand that I am bullish most sectors entering 2018 and if you have not taken the original trade I'm still recommending it at today's price as the risk on the large contract is around $1,500 or the mini contract is around $300 per contract plus slippage and commission as the risk/reward are still in your favor.

TREND: HIGHER

CHART STRUCTURE: EXCELLENT

VOLATILITY---INCREASING
