I Am Bullish Silver Prices

Bookmark and Share

Silver Futures---Silver futures in the December contract are trading higher by $0.37 at 17.20 an ounce reversing all of Friday's sharp declines as this market remains choppy, however if you have read any of my previous blogs you understand that I am bullish silver as I think prices historically are cheap.

Silver prices are trading above their 20 and 100 day moving average telling you that the short-term trend is higher as silver continues to hold major support around the 16.60 level as I will be recommending a bullish position if we crack the 7 week high which stands at the October 16th high of 17.49 as this is starting to follow crude oil to the upside which is hitting a 2 year high today.

I am bullish most commodity sectors as I think prices are unbelievably cheap compared to the U.S stock market which is hitting another all-time high in today's trade as demand will start to come back to these markets due to the fact that we have a 17 year low in unemployment and the GDP growth hit 3% twice in 2017 which hasn't happened even once over the last 8 years as economies are improving so keep a close eye on this market as we could be involved possibly even in tomorrow's trade. TREND: HIGHER CHART STRUCTURE: IMPROVING VOLATILITY: INCREASING
