I Remain Bullish Cocoa Prices

Bookmark and Share

Cocoa Futures---Cocoa futures in the December contract are trading at 2138 after settling last Friday in New York at 2087 up about 50 points for the trading week as I recommending a bullish position originally from around 2010 while then recommending another position adding on to a winning trade at around 2045 if you took those trades continue to place the stop loss which in Monday's trade at 2028 as the chart structure is starting will improve.

Cocoa prices have now hit a 6 month high as this is the only trending market out of the soft commodities which are all dogs in my opinion as they continue to go sideways to lower so continue to place the proper stop losses who knows how prices could go as I still think we could break at 2200 level entering the Halloween season and Thanksgiving and Christmas is right around the bend.

Cocoa prices are still trading above their 20 and 100 day moving average as volatility has finally come to life here which is a good sign in my opinion has many of the commodity markets and especially the agricultural markets are stuck in the mud, however I am certainly not recommending any type of bearish position as I think there is room to run to the upside.TREND: HIGHERCHART STRUCTURE: SOLID
