How Good Is A Futures Trading System If _______?

Bookmark and Share

Today's article is short and to the point, plus there's a cool freebie for you.

How good is a system if you can't count on it to produce consistently?

Sadly, most traders blame themselves when the results aren't consistent because they don't know any better.

The thing is, not all trading systems are created equal, even when they're based on the same strategy, rules, indicators, etc.

If you've been at all frustrated with inconsistent results from your trading, and you'd really like to be able to count on your system, then download your own copy of the same checklist I use when I'm evaluating or considering any given system - to know very quickly how reliable I can expect it to be.

Because seriously, what is the point of trading if you DON'T have a system that you can count on it to produce consistently?

Make no mistake:  trading is a skill-based occupation, and until you equip yourself with the proper skill sets and know-how, your subconscious will continue to sabotage you and hold you back regardless of how 'disciplined' you try to be or how good of a system you have.

You have different roles and need very specific abilities to be a self-sufficient and truly independent trader.  Unfortunately, most traders and even most trader training programs miss critical factors that mean the difference between success and failure.

One example is how to get the most out of your trading system - in a business-like and calculated manner.

Brian McAboy is a trader, trading coach, and business consultant.  He is also a retired Mechanical Engineer and Certified Quality Engineer. His years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Consulting allow him to provide truly unique and effective help to the traders of the world.

The training programs created by Brian give you those missing pieces to this seemingly simple puzzle of trading, and in an easy to follow, step-by-step manner.  As described by one trader, "...it's refreshing to find something online that's actually useful."
