Michael Marshall Lind-Waldock

Michael Marshall is a Market Strategist with Lind Plus, Lind-Waldock's broker-assisted division. In 2005, he earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland with advanced studies in mathematics and computer science. He began working as a research and trade analyst for a CTA in Washington, D.C. (Dynasty Financial Group).

Michael then parlayed his knowledge into a position as a market strategist at Lind Waldock. His training includes both technical and fundamental analysis, but leans more heavily towards the technical side.

For the most part he uses channel support and resistance along with confluence levels when analyzing markets. He is also very familiar with the RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and moving averages. He is well-versed in trading metals, energies, grains, meats, softs, and currencies and believes that in order to perform well in the futures arena, one needs to be able to anticipate moves before they happen. In his opinion, the best way to do this is to keep a vigilant eye on the global economy in order to spot imbalances in individual markets.
