Greg Cieply is a Senior Market Analyst, Capital Markets, at Zaner. He has been involved in the Foreign Exchange markets for over 20 years. Starting in the futures industry back in 1986, Greg worked on the overnight trading desk when overseas exchanges were just beginning. After getting a little taste of the Foreign Exchange markets, he quickly made fx his main interest. In 1988 Greg started on the FX desk at Gelderman in Chicago (and some time in NYC after they were acquired by EDF Man). From there he went on to run Forex desks for various prestigious companies like LFG, Lind Waldock and others. Just prior to joining Zaner, I was a Senior FX dealer at the Bank of Montreal in Chicago, trading FX for the Bank's account.
