Today’s Chart of the Day, Catapult Communications (CATT), which makes digital communications test systems for the telecommunications industry. Last month Catapult Communications had a composite signal score of 16% Sell. Last week that score improved to 8% Sell. Yesterday the composite signal score was 64% Buy and today it improved to 72% Buy.

As these technical scores have improved, Catapult has been on the move, gaining 119% just since October 24th.
