Gold has fallen off significantly from its highs. In my last eView commentary, I thought the market would bounce off the 880 level-as we have seen the market has dropped to the 850 level before rebounding up slightly. Gold is now down for Wednesday, and I believe the market will sell off to about 860-855 before we see another bounce to the upside. Look for a potential buy in the 860-855 area, with about a $30-$50 upswing.

The risk of loss in trading commodity futures and options can be substantial. Before trading, you should carefully consider your financial position to determine if futures trading is appropriate. When trading futures and/or options, it is possible to lose more than the full value of your account. All funds committed should be risk capital. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
