When you talk ‘banana republic screen jockeys' sinisterly playing havoc with interest rates and the ‘lil Aussie battler,' there is only one person who comes to mind – yes… Paul Keating. 

From Bankstown boy to treasurer and ultimately to the Lodge in Canberra, Paul Keating has rarely been far from controversy and the headlines.

TradeFest (www.tradefest2007.com.au) has pulled off a major coup in gaining Mr. Keating's agreement to be a key speaker on the weekend May 5/6th in Sydney. He still makes headlines and TradeFest attendees will be exposed to a very special opportunity in hearing him elucidate his views on a range of economic and social issues that will face all of us in the years ahead.
