Buying Long Term Bull Call Spreads In GOLD Could Be A Great Play.
MY ANALYSIS
Fundamentally, once again today the U.S.DOLLAR failed to make new highs and I believe that if the U.S. DOLLAR can't forge new highs that this will be very bullish for GOLD. Also, I have to wonder when the whole idea of GOLD being a riskier instrument as oppossed to a safe-haven type instrument will shift back to the traditional view.
Technically, the trend is up indicated by 3 critical MA'S. Also notice how VOLUME has come back strong in 2010. See WEEKLY chart below.
